NASCO’s powder coating service delivers tough, durable, professional-grade finishes on industrial and fabricated metal components. As a batch-process shop, we coat each job individually with settings tailored to the specific parts, powder chemistry, and performance requirements. Combined with our in-house abrasive blasting in a controlled indoor booth, every part gets proper surface preparation and powder application under one roof — no third-party handoffs, no transport contamination. We use high-quality powders from trusted suppliers for consistent color, adhesion, and long-term protection. If it’s heavy, oversized, or too complex for a production conveyor line, NASCO is built to handle it.
-
NASCO’s abrasive blasting service prepares metal surfaces for long-lasting coating adhesion. Using 120-grit garnet as our primary media in a controlled indoor blast booth, we remove mill scale, rust, old coatings, weld contamination, and surface oxides while creating the precise anchor profile your coating system requires. Our indoor environment eliminates flash rust and recontamination between blast and coating — so the surface that gets coated is clean, dry, and at the correct profile. We work to SSPC/NACE cleanliness standards with documentation available upon request. Heavy fabrications, oversized assemblies, and problem parts other shops turned away are our specialty.
-
NASCO’s glass bead blasting service delivers a clean, uniform, satin-matte finish on stainless steel and non-ferrous metals. Our iron-free process removes weld heat tint, surface contaminants, and oxide scale while preserving material integrity. Using 100% virgin glass bead media, a dedicated blast reclaim system, and thorough booth cleaning protocols, we significantly reduce the risk of iron contamination – preparing your parts for service in food processing, water treatment, pharmaceutical, and other demanding environments. We recommend professional passivation as a follow-up step for applications requiring complete iron-free assurance.
-
NASCO’s thermoplastic powder coating services deliver heavy-duty corrosion, impact, and abrasion protection that outperforms conventional powder coatings in demanding environments. Using proven coating systems from Plascoat® (Axalta) and the Protech Group, we apply thermoplastic powders via electrostatic spray in our controlled indoor facility — with in-house abrasive blasting to ensure maximum coating adhesion. From fencing and outdoor furniture to water treatment, agricultural equipment, and oil and gas applications, our complete prep-and-coat process delivers coatings that perform when standard finishes fail.
